I have had this machine less than a week but it has gone above and beyond my expectations. Even though multicolor takes a while. The machine is so awesome. So as far as things go now I give this a five-star review.
I was introduced to flash forge with the AD5M and it was a love at first print. I was ready to make the jump into multicolor around the same time the AD5X was announced and I was glad I held out for it. The quality
coming out of this printer right out of the box is better than the quality from the AD5M. Yes, I still have both printers and yes, I would still recommend either one of these fabulous printers.
(The video makes it sound louder that it is in real life and this is 2 printers going if I didnt have my AD5M going its alot quieter)
The ADX5 is a great machine with a lot of upgrades from the adventure 5m.
The multi color printing and the print quality and speed are great.
This is a great printer for anyone, newbe to pro. Unpacked it and was doing 4 color printing within minutes. 1st print was the Koi that is in the printer memory, printed flawlessly. The only negative I can say is that there is much **** as it changes color, so if you are printing multi color, load the build plate with as many models as you can. Same **** for 1 as for 25 of any item.
I already had an adventure 5m but wanted the flexibility of the multi-color print. I was super excited to hear you releasing AD5X so I had to get one immediately! I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and ease of use! Very solid machine!
I love this printer, it is so good, the IFS is amazing. It prints in multi colour perfectly, this is so easy to use and the touch screen is good. You can get updates. We had a problem where the printer froze while the printer was printing so Flashforge sent out an update to fix this.
The customer service is brilliant and the software and the app work perfectly. I absolutely love it!
Thank you flashforge! from Elliott (Age 11) :-)
Super content with my buy. New to 3d but this machine and software makes it super easy. First print see picture
This by far is one of the easiest and top tier multi color printers I have used to date. To me this honestly competes with the “big boys”. Have not had a failed print since I set it up and have been flawless.
I have been 3d printing for years now and the addition of multicolor capabilities has been something the community and me personally have been wanting! Machine works great and is easy to use out the box.
Great filament, I’m 13 and I’m somewhat new to 3D printing. I have the Adventurer 5M (great printer too) the filament works great, easy to open and set up. I just wish i could’ve bought 1 kg rather than 0.68. Also the Blue + Rose filament is great.
É uma máquina espantosa, e só escolher a impressão e mandar imprimir!
A único senão é não termos total controlo na temperatura e velocidade durante a impressão.
Ela é rápida ou melhor rapidíssima, e a qualidade de e impressão é TOP
All of the Flashforge machine are of the highest quality, economical to operate and maintain, trouble free, and provide the best value for the dollar of any 3D printer on the market today. I have 2 5M's and one 5X that run non-stop without issue. Thank you Flashforge for your contributions to the 3D printing community. Hands down an improvement of the other brands I also own.
This light is very bright. It lights up my AD5M wonderfully. We'll worth the money, especially if you have an enclosure.
The AD5X is an awesome 3D Printer. I owned the 5M Pro before this and I also love that printer. Both are great. It would be awesome if theyd include either the camera or the cover for it though. But the printer itself is the best, no problems yet. P.s. I did have a power outage towards the end of a 3d print, I am so grateful for the software, it didnt lose its spot and no mistakes after continuing! And I was already and Orca Slicer user, I love the orca flashforge!!
I would rather make something than buy it. I may never have to buy anything again. Okay maybe not really but I have really enjoyed this 3d printer. Pretty straight forward set up with tools included. Self leveling makes start up a breeze. Slicer is pretty basic but works. I printed a few animals from other creators for my nephews and they printed out pretty fast (2 cubic in figurines in 4 mins on default settings). Now I'm getting into 3d modeling and designed and printed a pill holder so I don't forget my squirrel meds.
I'm really disappointed, after printing all the parts (30 hrs) it's not tall enough to clear the the feed tubes. First print after install the top plexiglass plate was knocked onto the printing plate. The way they sell this kit the top piece is not usable.
Been having so much fun printing all the fun things. Was a printing beginner and it was super easy to set up and start using.
I had the printer for 3 days and it printed wonderfully until last night. I got a notification that the printer ran out of filament I reloaded and after that it wouldn’t take any spool I put on. I’m guessing that the filament that was left in the nozzle got completely clogged. Took it apart and tried cleaning it. So until last night it was a great functioning system
I'm really happy with the ADX5, it makes beautiful prints right of the box, this paired with a little experience can make really good prints and results. The auto filament loading really makes my life easier and helps me do longer projects without needing to be in the same room.
I’ve had many filament printers but this is the first that does most of the little tasks for you. Self bed leveling, bed and nozzle temp based on specific filament used, the AD5X does it all for you. Very easy to set up and easy to slice files to print! Will probably purchase another one soon!
It's very easy to use, plug and play. The printing quality is above my expectations.
