PLA Filaments Printed Beautifully

I received my order quickly. I have printed with a few of the PLA filaments I received. The pciture shows the dragon printed from HS PLA and the tower printed from Silk PLA.

Silk PLA Filaments Printed Beautifully

I received the filaments quickly after ordering. I have printed with two of the silk filaments I ordered and they printed beautifully. No issues. In the attached picture, the tower was printed using a multicolor silk filament.

Very Impressive

I am so glad I did my research on the latest 3d printers on the market. I upgraded from an Ender 3s1 to the AD5X and what a difference. Still learning about 3MF printing but the printer is so easy to use and makes perfect models every time. Great job Flashforge!!!

pretty good but some problems

I got this for my son's 13th birthday and the first prints were messed up but it was my fault for not adding supports. I've done some research on 3D printers and my son was already pretty educated on this stuff. I do have to say the LCD connector was a bit flimsy, as when if I accidently hit my hand on it the screen would go absolutely haywire. I'd have to fix the wire and then sometimes the screen wouldn't even detect me trying to press something. It's a good printer, I just wish the LCD connector would stay connected and not go haywire.

I love the enclosure kit

I love the enclosure kit. Very helpful in keeping odor and particulate matter hidden away. Had to reprint a couple of parts but the enclosure is nice looking.

Neat little machine

I was skeptical at first on how this inexpensive little machine world work. But to my surprise it works great. Prints multi color TPU great. Super happy with it.

My first 3d printer and I'm addicted.

This is my first printer and I've had it for just over a week now and I have been printing nonstop.

I love my AD5M and my AD5X haven't had any

I love my AD5M and my AD5X haven't had any problems and love printing

One of the best multiprenters out there.Color

When I first unboxed the printer, the setup was up. Very quick, that would be very easy.
And the first couple of prints, the quality was top, notch, i'm very impressed

Great starter printer

Love this printer ,fast easy to set up and start printing. However wish they would retro fit a multi-print option on this like the adx instead of having to buy a cop-print option that might not work properly or remove Orca slice. If you would be so kind to make this an upgradable option I would buy it from flash.

The Amazing FlashForge AD5X

The FlashForge AD5X has completely transformed the way I approach 3D printing. As someone who blends technical precision with imaginative storytelling through my small business Filament Alchemy, I needed a printer that could keep up with both the complexity of my designs and the demands of multi-color printing. The AD5X delivers on every front. Its reliability, speed, and print quality are unmatched in its class. I’ve pushed it to the limits with intricate birdhouses, lore-driven artifacts, and layered textures—and it hasn’t flinched once. What truly sets it apart is the Intelligent Filament System (IFS), which allows for automatic loading and unloading of up to four different filaments. That feature alone has opened the door to vibrant, multi-color prints without the hassle of manual swaps.

What I appreciate most is how the AD5X empowers my vision. It’s not just a machine—it’s a creative partner. The intuitive interface and consistent performance mean I spend less time troubleshooting and more time innovating. Every print feels like a step forward for Filament Alchemy, helping me build a brand rooted in mythic storytelling and technical mastery. I give the FlashForge AD5X a full five stars because it doesn’t just meet expectations—it elevates them. For any creator serious about pushing boundaries, this printer is the real deal.

Best new printer experience I've had in 14 years

Best new printer experience I've had in 14 years. Performed my first multicolor print within 45 minutes of opening the box. Still learning the software, I created my first model and 4 color print within the first 24 hours of receiving the printer. Setup was easy, very detailed instructions made things go quickly. Used existing Flashforge PLA profiles with filament I already had on hand, worked perfectly. Dimensional accuracy is outstanding, files I would have normally been sanding to fit work perfectly now.

Great little printer so far!

Great little printer so far, only had it for a day. But it churned out everything I've thrown at it so far without complaint. Thoughts so far...
Shipping: Received nearly a month EARLIER than expected. Thank you!
Setup: Incomplete instructions in the box, but found them online. (What's the **** hole for on the top of the extruder...?)
Multi Material: So far so good. It does what is says, including multi color TPU prints. Filament swaps are very slow though. The IFS doesn't seem to be very robust, but only time will tell. I wish the spool holders were labeled in such a way that you can see which is which after the holders are installed. (Move the labels up 20~30mm?)
Print size: Smaller than "average" these days, but perfectly acceptable. I have other printers that can print bigger if needed, and I seldom do need bigger.
Noise: Fans aren't bad, much quieter than an Elegoo Centuri Carbon. But when print repetitive small features, the drive mechanism sounds very "klunky", making a harsh racket on fast short moves.
Software: It seems the Orca-Flashforge fork is the way to go. All the same options, at first use, as regular Orca. I couldn't get regular Orca to correctly interface, but I didn't spend a lot of time trying to figure it out. FF recommends Orca in multi printer setups so it must be possible. But again, the Orca-FF slicer works great.

Bottom line, after 10 hours of print time in one day, it's a buy.

I wish there are stars lower than poor, fucking rubbish

I wish there are stars lower than poor. Based on my recent experience, I found that Flashforge dont give a fuck about their customers

AD5M+Enclosure Kit

Easy to setup & follow directions, have been printing since day 1 of the also quick delivery after purchase.

Excellent 3D printer for real technology projects

Excellent 3D printer (speed, precision, fine printing, no hangups) easy to set it up and running, we are using it for precision prototyping in medical device engineering!

Awesome machine! Works very well

Awesome machine! Works very well and is easy to use.
Though, I'd like to have option for quicker filament changes. I know it's built for quality, but sometimes a little less quality and more speed would be desired.

Awesome!

My multicolor printer feels and looks top tier with the enclosure.

PS: I mistakenly forgot to remove the anti-scratch film (how embarrassing). Nonetheless, the support team responded in less than 24 hours.
