Kids+
Some updates are good and some are ehh.
But In the end the printer runs great.
I absolutely love this printer. I have been printing almost non-stop since arrival. The ease of setup is amazing. The best feature so far is the auto feed of filament.
I have purchased the enclosure kit and it is installed. I was hesitant about the enclosure at first. Having the files to download the framework was key.
Delivered very quickly, it was easy to put together, only problem was the screws for the spool hangers were to short, other than that very good.
The filament from flashboard is top of the line. The adhesive to the bed is amazing no clogs no tangles. I can’t say enough. I have bought two other brands. Let’s just say it nicely just don’t buy.. all the colors are amazing. I believe I have 60-70 rolls now. I don’t even sell any of the items I make they’re all donated to children that are studying hard in school as well as helping out some occupational therapist and special need classes for the children. my children that are nine and 10 are enjoying purchasing the filament learning on two different machines 5m pro and AD5X just great machines for young kids to be able to switch out the filament and do what they need to do and have fun.
I have bought at least six different colors of silk. All of it has came out wonderful beautiful items. No clogs no tangles the spool is very tight. I have noticed that if you slow down the speed, the silk comes out more beautiful. When making fidget toys definitely silk fidget toys just glide so much better
I’m not even gonna call this a review… this is appreciation.
I’ve been rocking with the Flashforge Adventure lineup heavy, and at this point, it feels bigger than just owning printers. I’m part of the Flashforge family. Straight up.
Right now my setup includes the Adventure 5M, the 5M Pro, and the AD5X — and every single one of them has proven why I keep coming back. But let’s talk about the AD5X for a second, because this machine right here… it’s a different animal.
The AD5X just works. No drama, no babysitting. Clean prints, consistent layers, and the kind of reliability that lets you actually focus on creating instead of troubleshooting all day. And the multi-filament system? Once you dial in your purge settings properly, you’re not wasting crazy amounts of filament like people assume. You can fine-tune it, get efficient swaps, and keep your material usage tight. That matters when you’re printing at scale.
Print quality is sharp. Like… crisp edges, solid layer adhesion, and repeatability you can trust. Whether you’re prototyping, running functional parts, or just making something clean for resale, it delivers. Every time.
What really keeps me locked in though is the ecosystem. I’ve used enough machines to know when a company actually understands its users — and Flashforge does. The Adventure series has been nothing but reliable for me across the board, and that consistency builds loyalty.
That’s why I’m already looking ahead. The Creator 5? Yeah… I’m watching that closely. I already know it’s about to bring something serious to the table, and I’m ready to see what Flashforge does next.
And real talk — to the Flashforge family: if you ever need someone who’s actually in the trenches with your machines, running them, pushing them, and speaking from real experience… I’m here. I’d gladly review, test, and showcase anything new you drop.
I’m not switching up anytime soon. I’m tapped in for the long run.
Flashforge Adventure family, for real.
I bought my first Flashforge printer about a year ago (Adventurer 5M Pro). I replaced a nozzle early in its life but apart from a recent issue I had with upgrading the firmware, the machine has performed flawlessly with good quality prints. I sent a request for assistance to Flashforge about the firmware issue. Flashforge returned my email overnight with a solution so the machine was only down for 1/2 a day.
I bought my AD5X and enclosure a few weeks ago. Printing the enclosure on the AD5X and installing it on the machine was straightforward and resulted in an even better machine. The AD5X is quiter with the enclosure on.
I am very please with my Flashforge machines and the service their support staff have provided.
I have had other 3D printers but the Flashforge machines have worked out the best for me as a hobby user
The second nozzle is working great and it was packaged perfectly and allot better than the first one I received. Flashforge did replace the first one I received the was damaged and not packaged correctly. It did take time to get but it was worth the wait
The Flash Forge AD5X printer is sensational! I've already printed several things and tested various models; it practically doesn't need adjustments, and the projects are of extremely high quality. The print quality is also extremely high, and the production time is short. The software works perfectly. So I only have praise for the 3D printer. I am truly very satisfied and fulfilled with this purchase. The four filaments help a lot during printing without needing to manually change colors, and the IFS system is very practical; I can go to sleep and come back the next day, and the color print of my object is complete! I highly recommend it; there's no doubt it will be the best choice for family fun and having various practical, personalized uses for your daily life and your home. Just buy it, you won't regret it!
As always Flashforge provides, great service, excellent value and first class products, now I can print my finer models with precise detail, thanks to my 0.25mm nozzle, loving my AD5X but maybe in the near future I can get the Creator 5.
Hallo
Jetzt beim Auspacken habe ich leider einen Riss an der oberen Abdeckung endeckt.
Ansonsten ist das Kid TOP

It was recommended to "buy filament" and this came up. It will not work for initial set-up. Luckily a few yards of PLA filaments of varying colors ARE included
The set-up was simple and direct, ( tho' upgrade out of the box is annoying.) The nightmare was trying to get it online, and recognized by software, and getting projects loaded that finally print. (The software link, and readiness link, need easier intergration.) Especially for a novice like me.
The white was whreflective dark blue created iridescent reflectivity.
Very happy with the enclosure using
[AD5X Basic Enclosure -new version.4_20251110mf.3mf]
from the Wiki page for the prints.
Added color to the AD5X Text in the Orca Slicer.
Used Flashforge PLA Multicolor Filament - Burnt Titanium.
We live in a rual area and we bought the 5M pro during Xmas over 500 kids are getting to see it in action. all the different filament out of 52 rolls. We’ve only had one roll that we had to keep drying out to use it however with patients, we ended up using the entire roll. We’re going to buy the ADX so we can use four rolls at one time. However, we’re just using other people’s prints. We are far from learning how to make our own just yet.
I really like this filament. It has good adhesive strength to the build plate and has a nice finish. I enjoy all the different colors that are available. It paints easily with acrylic paints.
Phenomenal print quality using the Flashforge HS pet-g setting even on standard layer height. Delivery was real quick and although i was nervous about using pet-g for my Gnombie models but the result blew me away!!!
I love the LED light strip. It's easy to install, and the light strip bracket printed perfectly and snapped right into place. My next upgrade has to be the camera. I love my twin forges. My 5M Pro, which I got a week before Christmas, has 500 printing hours, and I bought it 2 weeks ago, and it is at 120 printing hours. Thank you for making such great 3D printers.
Very happy with it.. Quite impressed with the noise reduction. Instructions were very clear and was everything packaged well. Protective film is kind of a pain to remove, but finished product looks great. Start printing the parts whenever you order, it'll take a couple days for everything to get done. Only complaint, the supports within the display holder are a pain to remove.
Impressed. Delivery time was very quick, just a few days. Everything well packaged and secured in the box. The quality of the hardware was good, no stripped or marred screw heads during assembly. Great, easy to follow instructions, The printer looks so much better and printing ABS is now a breeze.
Had a great deal. Instruction was clear and eazy. The only con is about the front lower right part. I had to remove a screw from the machine and put it back after but it wasn't the shown one and it has a hole to clear a round head screw that wasn't at the right place. I had to drill another one. But it was the only issue with the kit. I'm very satisfy with my purchase and the shipping was fast.
Comparing this refurbished flashforge printer to the refurbished resin anycubic printer, I would have swore flashforge sent me a brand new printer. I was expecting there to be a scratch here or there, remnants of old filament, or even possibly needing to buy new stuff for it. I opened the box and the thing is beautiful, no fingerprints, no marks, no remnants. Just beautiful. It prints like a dream and so far I've had no issues. Very impressed.
I designed a mask with some AI tools and wanted to print on my large printer (420x420 plate). I started using Candy Rainbow but I miscalculated and ran out at about 70% printing. I didn't want to wait to finish the job and I remembered that I had a roll of Corals Rainbow. A happy mistake turned into a work of art. I love these FlashForge rainbows!
